Diksha Technologies Hiring! Full Time Head - Senior Manager – Life Insurance Technology Solutions in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 25,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive the strategy, development, modernization, and delivery of Life Insurance technology solutions, particularly Policy Administration Systems (PAS), across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology roadmap, solution architecture, development, modernization, and implementation of Life Insurance systems/PAS.
• Drive cloud adoption, microservices/containerization, DevOps, and automated software deployment.
• Manage multi-geography technology teams, vendors, budgets, projects, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities and deliver scalable, reusable solutions.
• Lead standardization and modernization of Life systems across multiple countries.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery from design and development through deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Strong experience in Life Insurance IT systems/PAS and multi-country implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Life Asia/Life 400, JT400/MQ/MSP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git/GitHub, backend technologies, databases, REST APIs, and Agile.
• Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and business/domain knowledge.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
