We are seeking a sharp, resourceful HR & Operations personnel to take ownership of our day-to-day HR functions, foreign workforce administration, and general office operations. If you are an expert in Malaysian employment law, immigration compliance, and full-cycle HR operations, this high-impact role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Foreign Worker Management & Compliance (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including Work Permits, Employment Passes, Visas, Special Passes, FOMEMA, and Check-Out-Memos via MYEG and e-PLKS.
- Handle JTK, KDN, and relevant statutory authority submissions and updates.
- Oversee foreign worker onboarding, offboarding, flight/transport bookings, and KLIA clearance.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll (130 pax) for all employee categories, incorporating attendance, incentive records, medical claims, and leave management.
- Manage recruitment activities, new hire onboarding, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Register and process SOCSO claims for both local and foreign staff.
- Support internal and external HR audits to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
3. General Administration & Procurement
- Handle procurement and inventory management for office supplies, lorry spare parts, uniforms, and PPE.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and official correspondences.
- Process HR Purchase Requests (PRs), compile invoices, and coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Executive or HR & Admin Executive.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and local labor regulations.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
