About The Job
- Develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets and build brand equity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the internal sales and marketing team, external real estate agencies, and appointed sales agents.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO/SEM, Meta Business Suite, paid advertising) and offline platforms.
- Oversee property launches, roadshows, promotional events, sales gallery collaterals, and sales incentive schemes.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversions, marketing budgets, and campaign ROI to optimize sales velocity.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Manage external advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors while collaborating internally with Project, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the property development industry.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
