We are looking for a Social Media & Admin Assistant to manage our social media platforms while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other social media platforms.

• Write compelling captions and ensure content aligns with the company's branding.

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and community.

• Create basic graphics and short-form videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.

• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.

• Perform other social media and content-related duties as assigned.

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative duties.

• Handle other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Design or a related field.

• Familiar with major social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role is an added advantage.

• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.

• Required Languages: English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passionate about social media, digital trends and content creation.
