Position Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people practices are aligned with our global business goals and local legislation. This position is highly dynamic and focuses heavily on talent acquisition, employee performance management, KPI development, employee and industrial relations, staff claim verification, and payroll reporting. You will collaborate closely with department heads and site leaders to foster employee growth, enhance workplace culture, and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers on manpower planning, talent sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and structured onboarding.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns to universities to build strong pipelines for early talent and graduate programs.
HR Business Partnering & Employee Development:
- Support HR Business Partnering by providing practical, structured HR guidance to department heads on manpower planning, performance evaluation, employee development, and organizational design.
- Identify internal learning and development (L&D) needs, coordinate training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and internal career mobility initiatives to retain top performers.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Handle employee and industrial relations matters, managing investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution in strict alignment with company policy and Malaysian employment legislation.
- Provide HR support across multiple physical company sites, including conducting employee briefings, audits, site visits, and direct conflict resolution.
- Oversee daily HR administrative processes, including the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee files, managing office facilities, coordinating with external vendors, verifying staff claims, and supporting payroll administration.
Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant, hands-on HR experience, preferably with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and L&D.
- Mandatory Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is strictly required. This is essential for drafting official letters of appointment, interpreting local labor laws, and liaising across all levels of staff and local authorities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
