1) Handle customer returns and after-sales matters.

2) Check and record returned goods.

3) Follow up on customer complaints and return issues.

4) Coordinate with relevant departments for return arrangements.

5) Maintain proper records and documentation.

6) Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
