Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring effective deployment, maintaining service quality, handling client requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned sites.
• Plan and coordinate deployment, duty rosters, shift schedules, leave coverage, and manpower requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure security standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, performance, and grooming of security personnel.
• Handle operational issues, emergencies, incidents, and client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare incident reports, operational reports, attendance reports, and other management reports.
• Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and maintain good working relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings and briefings with supervisors and security officers.
• Investigate security incidents and recommend appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations or a similar managerial role.
• Strong experience in manpower management, security deployment, and site operations.
• Good knowledge of security procedures, SOPs, risk management, and incident handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel between client sites and work outside normal office hours when required.

Working Conditions

The Operations Manager may be required to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or after-hours, depending on operational requirements and security incidents.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
