Job Description

Responsibilities

About the role

This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands both the commercial and analytical sides of E-commerce. You will lead marketplace performance, advertising, campaigns, product analysis and team execution while helping management build a more structured, data-driven E-commerce operation.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop marketplace growth plans and performance targets

  • Analyse performance by platform, shop, product, SKU and campaign

  • Investigate changes in traffic, conversion, sales, AOV, cancellations and returns

  • Identify weak-performing shops and products and implement recovery plans

  • Prepare management reports with root causes, recommendations, owners and deadlines

  • Manage Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads and Lazada Sponsored Solutions

  • Monitor ROAS, ACOS, advertising spend and attributed sales

  • Scale strong-performing advertisements and reduce inefficient spending

  • Plan double-date, payday, mid-month and other marketplace campaigns

  • Lead and develop the E-commerce team

About you

  • 3–5+ years of relevant E-commerce or marketplace experience

  • 1–2+ years of leadership, supervisory or project-lead experience

  • Strong hands-on Shopee experience is required

  • Marketplace advertising and campaign experience

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Able to explain not only what changed, but why it changed and what should be done next
