We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you love interacting with people, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment — we want to meet you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs
• Link-sell and up-sell to maximize sales
• Educate customers on product usage and care (especially leather care!)
• Handle after-sales service and customer feedback
• Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks
• Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Work closely with your team to create a positive store experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Preferably 2 years of retail or sales experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit 2 to 4 days per week
• Willing to work at IMM store and any store located in the town area.
