FFC International Company Ltd. is located in Hong Kong and acts as the head office to provide administrative and financial supports to other wholly owned branch offices in the Taiwan and China regions.
Customer Services Executive (13 Months Salary)
Responsibilities
- Sales order follow up
- Handle enquiries, price quotation and maintain good relationships with customers
- Communication with overseas agents.
- Presentation and visitor preparation.
- Data input, management and sales analysis.
- Reporting and system development
Requirements :
- Form 7/DSE or above
- Relevant experience in Sea or Air forwarding or Shipping Field is preferable; Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Good spoken and written both English & Mandarin.
- Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.
