About the Company

This Client is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI technology company out of NYC building a next-generation platform that predicts consumer and market behaviour at scale — replacing slower, more expensive traditional research methods with a faster, AI-native approach. Working with enterprise and government clients which include some of the world's largest brands.

They are now building out Singapore presence as the anchor for APAC growth, with a small, high-caliber founding team reporting directly into regional leadership and Co-Founders.

The Role

We're hiring for the first/founding Account Executive for the region based in Singapore — a true full-cycle, enterprise sales owner who can build a book of business from scratch in a brand-new, technically sophisticated category.

What you'll own

• Full sales cycle ownership — prospecting through close
• Accountability for pipeline quality, deal velocity, and revenue against an annual quota
• Building relationships at enterprise and senior/government stakeholder level
• Navigating complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Operating with real autonomy in a small team — expect to wear multiple hats beyond pure sales as you build

What we're looking for

• Min 5–8 years' enterprise Saas sales, strategic, or founding-AE experience, ideally as a first or early AE at a fast-scaling company (Series A–C)
• A track record of full-cycle, non-siloed sales ownership — not just closing on top of an SDR/SC-built pipeline
• Experience managing long, technical, multi-stakeholder deals without heavy internal support infrastructure
• A startup mindset: comfortable creating and refining process rather than just following it, and comfortable in an ambiguous, high-pace, "everyone does everything" environment
• Strong academic pedigree preferred
