Responsibilities
Job Description
Manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and stock management.
Perform delivery and collection of goods to customers, suppliers, and company outlets, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
Load, unload, inspect, and secure goods during transportation to prevent damage.
Receive, check, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately while maintaining proper stock rotation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
Oversee warehouse layout, housekeeping, and space utilization to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to schedule. Report any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and transportation regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve delivery issues.
Assist in maintaining and improving warehouse and logistics processes, including inventory tracking and delivery documentation.
Handle purchasing activities and bonded warehouse release matters when required.
Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a good driving record.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
