Job Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will be in involved in the following activities:

• Assist customers in understanding property projects and provide information based on their needs.
• Contact and communicate with potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Introduce suitable property projects to customers based on their preferences and requirements.
• Arrange and accompany customers for property project and show house visits when they are interested.
• Visit project sites occasionally to take photos and videos for personal and company marketing purposes.
• Assist in creating property-related marketing content for social media and other marketing platforms.
• No video editing experience is required. Our team will provide assistance with content editing and production.
• Participate in company training and learn about property sales, customer communication and marketing strategies.

Training & Support

• Complete training will be provided.
• No prior property sales experience is required.
• Step-by-step guidance and support will be provided by our experienced team.
• Suitable for students who are willing to learn, communicate with customers and develop their Sales & Marketing skills.

Working Hours

Tuesday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
