Job Description:

Sales & Retail Operations

• Ensure daily retail operations run smoothly across all assigned outlets.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and work closely with store teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Analyse sales reports and recommend action plans to improve sales and productivity.
• Support and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.

Store Operations

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOP, merchandising, pricing, and display standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing to minimise out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure cleanliness, visual merchandising, and customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Staff Management

• Coach and motivate store teams to improve sales performance.
• Conduct product knowledge and sales technique training.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and operational compliance.
• Assist in manpower planning and outlet staffing requirements.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Analyse KPI and recommend strategies to improve outlet performance.

Marketing & Promotion Execution

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Ensure POSM, promotional pricing, and campaign mechanics are executed correctly in all outlets.
• Monitor promotion effectiveness and provide post-campaign analysis.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage membership registrations and positive Google Reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in retail operations or retail sales.
• Strong sales mindset with proven experience in achieving sales targets.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between outlets.
• Experience in health & wellness, FMCG, or retail chain operations is an advantage.
