Short Professional Job Description

The Procurement Officer supports sourcing and procurement operations by coordinating supplier engagement, quotations, purchase documentation, contract administration, and supplier onboarding. The role ensures procurement activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies. SIA Engineering currently has a Procurement Officer opening in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RFQs, RFTs, and supplier sourcing activities.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Conduct basic market research and supplier comparisons.
• Prepare procurement documentation and approval submissions.
• Assist with purchase and sourcing processes.
• Support supplier onboarding and information updates.
• Maintain accurate procurement records.
• Assist with contract amendments and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain operations is preferred.
• Good negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Good organizational and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
