Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services as required.
- Conduct consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and products before and after each service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer treatment records and product usage records.
- Monitor and maintain beauty equipment and report any defects or issues to management.
- Assist with stock checking and ensure beauty products and supplies are properly stored.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Assist other team members when required and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Beauty Manager or management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a beautician or in a related beauty/spa environment—good knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and treatment procedures.
- Good customer service and communication skills. Friendly, pleasant, professional, and well-groomed personality.
- Good attention to detail and ability to provide personalised services.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Willing to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.
