THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure, work with global clients and build a long-term career in marketing, account management and business development.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and support key marketing and business initiatives across different countries. You will also have opportunities to travel with the team to the United States, Europe and other overseas markets to meet clients, attend business meetings and support customer projects.
Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in market research, customer relationship management, project coordination and cross-functional communication. You will work with colleagues and customers from different countries and cultures, gaining valuable global business exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Marketing Director in planning and implementing marketing strategies and business initiatives.
Join overseas business trips to the United States, Europe and other international markets to meet clients together with the team.
Assist in preparing client meetings, business presentations, product presentations and customer visits.
Maintain regular communication with international customers and support strong client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, business opportunities and customer needs.
Analyze competitors and market information to support business decisions.
Collect and review customer feedback and market insights.
Coordinate with merchandising teams in Shenzhen and Southeast Asia.
Assist in managing key accounts and following up on customer requirements.
Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance and account development.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer presentations.
Maintain marketing materials, company information and brand assets.
Support project management by following up on timelines, deliverables and action items.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation and meeting preparation.
Follow up on action items after client meetings and overseas business trips.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Around 2–3 years of experience in marketing, account management, merchandising or project coordination.
Experience in fashion accessories, apparel, textiles, sporting goods or manufacturing is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of other Asian or European languages is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with international clients.
Good analytical skills with practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing and able to travel internationally, including to the United States, Europe and other overseas markets.
Interested in developing into a future marketing, account management or business leadership role.
WHAT WE OFFER
Five-day work week, Monday to Friday.
13 months’ salary plus performance bonus.
Medical insurance.
Overseas business trips to the United States, Europe and other international markets.
