Job Summary

Support administrative and operational tasks by accurately processing documents, verifying worker timesheets, managing office supplies, and performing assigned ad hoc duties to ensure smooth office and workshop functions.

Responsibilities

• Verify and scan invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, statements of accounts, and workers’ project time logs to ensure accurate submission to accounts and proper filing
• Review workers’ timesheets to confirm correct time in/out and project number entries for accurate payroll and project tracking
• Collect and scan incoming letters from the letterbox to maintain timely document processing
• Manage office and workshop stationery orders by sourcing cost-effective suppliers and ensuring timely replenishment
• Perform assigned ad hoc tasks promptly to support operational needs and maintain workflow continuity
• Dormitory leasing and renewal.
• Liaise with dormitory on Workers' issues. Rectify and ensure everything about Dormitory such as workers on home leave and if they check in dormitory are in order.
