• To involve in the maintenance of existing buildings
• To involve in the construction of new buildings
• To work closely with consultants to come out with desired layout designs, etc.
• To work closely with consultants to follow up with relevant authorities.
• To work closely with QS to achieve optimized costing, verify Variation orders, progress claims, etc.
• To attend to job site for material testing, work inspections, etc
• To ensure contractor construct according to drawings.
• To work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure work is completed on time.
• To coordinate joint inspections, manage the final building handover process and oversee the rectification of defects during Defect Liability Period (DLP)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
