Job Responsibilities:

•    Oversee & manage daily production and plant operations.

•    Monitor production output, productivity, yield, wastage and downtime to ensure targets are achieved.

•    Coordinate manpower allocation and supervise production personnel.

•    Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to ensure effective coordination and smooth plant operations.

•    Monitor machinery and equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance on breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

•    Identify and implement process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

•    Handle briefings and meeting with workers to resolve daily work issues.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Production Executive.
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Able to work independently and ensure compliance standards
• Possess strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
