Responsibilities
Baker (5 days, 44 hours, Entry Level)
Pandan Loop
Any 5 days per week (Mon to Sun)
Salary $2,500 (Subject to experience)
Entry level + Training Provided
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and scale ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Mix, knead, ferment, shape, and bake various types of bread and artisanal loaves
Produce a range of pastries including cakes, tarts, puff pastries, and desserts
Decorate pastries with professional finishing techniques (piping, glazing, garnishing)
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, sheeters, ovens, and proofers
Maintain product quality, consistency, taste and texture
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in creating new bakery and pastry products
Requirements
Interest in bread and pastry craftsmanship
Good teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail, quality, and presentation
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
