Senior Merchandising Executive

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000 + Commission

Full-Time Position

Benefits: Attractive Commission + Performance Bonus + Free Parking + Mobile Phone Allowance

Your Key Responsibilities:

Source products and materials from local and China suppliers

Identify new products and develop & evaluate potential suppliers

Compare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure favourable purchasing terms

Manage purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules, product quality and logistics

Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Merchandising, Sourcing or related roles

Experience in home improvement, building materials, renovation or related industries is preferred

Experience in China sourcing and supplier management is highly preferred

Knowledge of import and logistics processes will be an added advantage

Able to communicate in Mandarin with China-based suppliers

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with good attention to detail and execution

我们希望你拥有：

3–5年采购、商品开发或相关经验

家居建材、装修或相关行业经验更佳

有中国采购 / Sourcing 经验优先

熟悉进口及物流流程是加分项

能以中文 / 普通话与中国供应商沟通

谈判能力强，做事细心、有条理、有执行力
