Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary:
Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Support IT governance frameworks, policies and procedures in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Assist with IT risk registers, control monitoring and risk/compliance reporting.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, auditors and service providers on audits and issue follow-up.
Support regulatory inspections, external audits and compliance assessments, including MAS and SWIFT requirements.
Maintain accurate records of IT systems, software, hardware and related assets.
Support IT vendor onboarding, procurement, contract renewal and governance processes.
Consolidate IT data for risk dashboards, audit responses and management reporting.
Support secure and compliant data management practices across the organisation.
Handle other IT governance and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.
Interest in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance or Cybersecurity.
Familiarity with financial industry practices or Singapore regulatory requirements, such as MAS guidelines, will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
