Warehouse & Logistics Intern
Location: Taman Perindustrian Puchong

Salary: RM 500 - 1500
Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or business operations and want to understand how products move from warehouse to customers.

What You’ll Learn & Do

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
• Label and arrange products for delivery
• Organize and maintain stock in the correct locations
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock

Inventory & System

• Update inventory records and warehouse data
• Perform basic data entry using company systems
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and inventory accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Logistics & Fulfilment

• Assist with daily order fulfilment and delivery preparation
• Coordinate with delivery partners when required
• Prepare parcels and documents for collection
• Follow up on basic delivery or order issues
• Learn how the logistics process works from warehouse to customer

Team & Operations

• Support the team in daily warehouse operations
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
• Assist with improving warehouse organization and workflow
• Work together with the operations team to achieve daily targets

What We’re Looking For

• Students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree or related studies
• Interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce or Operations
• No previous experience required — training will be provided
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable with hands-on and physical warehouse work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
