The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Practical Experience, Good Diagnostic Skills And The Ability To Handle Major Repairs With Minimal Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspection and repair according to workshop standards
• Carry out major repairs involving engine, transmission, suspension, braking, cooling, electrical and other automotive systems.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of technical problems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to diagnose vehicle faults.
• Inspect and test vehicles before and after repair to ensure proper workmanship and safety.
• Identify faulty components and recommend the appropriate repair or replacement.
• Complete assigned repair jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Support the Workshop in delivering key service packages, including High-Volume and High-Margin Services.
• Ensure all service packages and repair jobs can be delivered according to the required quality and turnaround time.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the workshop and work area.
• Take proper care of workshop tools, equipment and diagnostic machines.
• Assist Junior Technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting when required.
• Work closely with the Service Advisor, Workshop Supervisor and Management to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Maintain good teamwork, communication and professional conduct within the Workshop.
• Follow all Workshop SOP, safety procedures and Company guidelines.
• Perform other technical and workshop-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 Years Of Working Experience As An Automotive Technician, Senior Technician, Mechanic Or Related Position.
• Strong Hands-On Experience In Automotive Servicing, Maintenance And Repair.
• Experience With BMW Vehicles Is Highly Preferred.
• Able To Perform Major Repair And Handle Complex Automotive Problems.
• Good Knowledge And Experience In Vehicle Diagnostics And Troubleshooting.
• Able To Operate Automotive Diagnostic Tools And Equipment.
• Able To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision.
• Able To Identify The Root Cause Of Vehicle Problems And Provide Suitable Repair Solutions.
• Able To Work Efficiently While Maintaining Good Quality Of Workmanship.
• Strong Attention To Detail And Commitment To Safety And Quality.
• Good Attitude, Humble, Responsible And Willing To Learn.
• Able To Work Well With Other Technicians And Workshop Team Members.
• Good Communication And Teamwork Skills.
• Physically Fit And Comfortable Working In An Automotive Workshop Environment.
• Candidates With Strong Practical Skills And Relevant Automotive Experience Will Be Highly Considered.
