Job Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the full spectrum of HR functions and activities.
- Manage the full recruitment and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate employee information, personnel records and leave records.
- Administer and submit statutory leave matters, including NS Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and Childcare Leave.
- Support the Finance Department in monthly payroll preparation, CPF submissions and other tax-related matters.
- Handle the application and renewal of Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP), Employment Pass (EP), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) and other relevant work passes.
- Apply and submit applications for government grants and subsidies.
- Liaise with insurance agents on policy renewals and maintain updated employee records.
Job Requirements
- Minimum A-Level qualification with at least 2 years of experience in HR/Admin.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates who are able to start immediately are preferred.
- Candidates with experience using Whyze software will have an added advantage.
