Job Scope

Support and coordinate WSH and environmental activities in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company requirements.

Provide day-to-day safety guidance, coaching, and support to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Assist in implementing and monitoring the project HSE Management System, Site Safety Program, and environmental programs.

Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and compliance checks, and follow up on corrective actions.

Identify safety and environmental gaps and recommend practical improvement measures.

Coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, HSE training, and safety-related activities.

Assist with risk assessments, Permit-to-Work (PTW) checks, and implementation of risk control measures.

Support incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, authorities, consultants, and other relevant parties on WSH and environmental matters.

Maintain accurate WSH and environmental records, reports, registers, and documentation.

Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and checks on emergency equipment.

Assist with WSH performance monitoring, statistics, trend analysis, and ad hoc safety-related duties.

Requirement

Diploma in Occupational Safety Management, or equivalent

2 - 3 years of relevant working experience

in civil/infrastructure projects.
