We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure all facilities, equipment, and electrical systems are maintained in good working condition.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Handle and monitor facility maintenance matters, including electrical and general building maintenance.
• Carry out and supervise electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Attend to breakdowns and maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification.
• Prepare and maintain daily maintenance reports, including completed work, breakdowns, outstanding issues, and follow-up actions.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
