We are looking for a Senior Manager – Client Servicing to partner with a leading banking client and take ownership of a strategic RPO relationship. This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and shaping recruitment solutions beyond traditional talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and strengthen relationships with senior HR, TA and business stakeholders within the banking client, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Lead client governance, business reviews and recruitment performance discussions, providing insights on hiring trends, talent availability and market conditions.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across multiple functions, ensuring strong service levels, candidate experience and delivery against agreed KPIs/SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment strategy and RPO operating model, while proactively resolving client challenges and escalations.

What We're Looking For:

• 8–12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, recruitment, executive search, with strong client-facing exposure.
• Prior experience supporting Banking / Financial Services clients is highly preferred, with a good understanding of banking talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior HR and business leaders.
• A consultative and commercially minded professional who can combine client relationship management with recruitment expertise and lead teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
