Responsibilities
Develop detailed interior design drawings and construction documentation
Prepare tender drawings and documentation packages
Produce technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD with a high level of accuracy
Prepare presentation decks focused on materials, finishes, and technical specifications
Produce 3D views and technical visuals using 3ds Max and/or Revit (Enscape)
Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors
Assist in site coordination and respond to technical queries during construction
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related studies
Minimum 3 years of experience with an architecture or interior design consultancy firm
Strong experience in interior detailing and tender documentation
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of buildability and technical standards
Highly proficient inRevit, AutoCAD and 3ds Max
