• Handle all social media designs and postings (requires proficiency in Canva).
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and newsletters.
• Support copywriting tasks for social media captions, brochures, and ads.

Digital Marketing

• Edit videos and stay updated on current social media trends.
• Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), such as keyword research.
• Monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.

Event Coordination

• Create CV booklets for trainees.
• Help organize marketing events like webinars, networking sessions, or career fairs.
• Represent the company at career fairs, engaging with potential applicants.
• Prepare event materials, such as banners, flyers, and promotional giveaways.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) for marketing materials.

Administrative Tasks

• Organize and maintain a digital library of marketing assets.
