Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize business strategies.
Foster strong customer relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions and brand campaigns.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For
