Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update project schedules; track progress against the programme and flag delays early.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries so materials arrive on site when needed.
  • Keep drawings, RFIs, site diaries, minutes, photos, inspection records and handover documents organised and up to date.
  • Support the site team on WSH requirements – permits-to-work, toolbox meetings and safety paperwork.
  • Arrange inspections, defect lists and rectification works; coordinate handover to the homeowner and the defects liability period.
