Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources function. You will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is well-organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and kept up to date.

Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview arrangements and communicate interview details.
  • Assist with job postings on recruitment platforms.
  • Support candidate screening and recruitment administration.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and employment-related paperwork.
  • Support employee orientation and induction.
  • Assist with offboarding procedures and exit documentation.

HR Operations

  • Assist with leave administration and attendance records.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining employee information and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support HR audits and reporting where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of HR administrative processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
