Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to production lines to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process issues such as plating, etching, drilling, lamination, or surface finishing.
• Work closely with process engineers, quality teams, and maintenance to resolve equipment or product-related problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production abnormalities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the introduction of new products (NPI) and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Review and maintain production process documents, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on technical matters and coordinate technical evaluations or improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or electronic component production.
• Familiar with PCB fabrication processes such as copper plating, imaging, AOI, solder mask, and surface treatment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
