Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support to integration planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with CIO, Investment, Risk, Finance and Operations to analyze business impact and future requirements in formulating integration strategy.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders including the CIO, Investment, Risk, Finance and Operations.
• Work closely with external stakeholders such as fund managers, custodians, bank counterparties and other service providers.
• Lead and work with the Singapore Investment team to ensure successful lamentation of all integration work.
• Manage project progress and adapt as required, ensuring project meets the deadlines
• Manage relationships and regular communication with stakeholders
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports to the relevant committees
• Develop and enhance investment governance and standard in relation to the integration work.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in portfolio management, analytics, investment processes, governance and oversight with insurance companies or insurance-linked asset management companies.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in investment operations.
• In-depth experience and knowledge in investment asset classes, including derivatives.
• Strong project management experience and execution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally.
