Operations Engineer

We’re looking for an Operations Engineer who can work across cloud-native operations, software testing, automation, and practical AI adoption. You’ll help keep our environments reliable, validate product quality, and build tools and workflows that make delivery and troubleshooting more efficient.

What you’ll do

• Deploy and maintain development, test, and delivery environments using Kubernetes and Helm, including configuration, upgrades, and rollbacks.
• Plan and perform functional, API, end-to-end, and performance testing; build automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD.
• Develop tools for environment checks, test data, batch operations, log analysis, and reporting.
• Use logs, monitoring, and database queries to troubleshoot issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and verify fixes.
• Apply AI tools to requirements analysis, test design, coding, troubleshooting, and documentation; review outputs and build reusable prompts and workflows.

What you’ll bring

• Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, networking, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or another relational database, including SQL, data validation, backup and recovery, and query troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with an automation framework such as Playwright, Selenium, or Pytest, and familiarity with a performance testing tool such as JMeter, Locust, or k6.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or another programming language, with experience building and maintaining tools using APIs and Git.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants or LLM tools, and the ability to validate generated code and analysis.
• Clear communication, structured troubleshooting, and a habit of turning recurring work into reusable tools and processes.
