We are seeking for an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor who will supervise daily front-desk operations, support the Front Office Manager and ensure guests receive professional, efficient and personalised service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs and room assignments.
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests and guest complaints professionally.
• Guide, coach and monitor Front Office team members.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Security and other departments.
• Verify cashiering, billing and shift-closing procedures.
• Promote room upgrades and other hotel services.
• Maintain accurate guest records and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures and five-star service standards.
• Assist management during emergencies and high-occupancy periods.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of Front Office or Guest Services experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera or a similar hotel property-management system.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizens or candidates legally authorised to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
