We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Executive. This essential position involves managing the day-to-day functions of our storage and distribution center. The role is critical for ensuring smooth inventory movement, maintaining precise records, and upholding rigorous safety standards to support our overall supply chain goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital bridge between leadership and operational staff, boosting productivity while effectively managing resources to achieve company targets. Additionally, this role includes the responsibility of delivering goods as needed to fulfill customer orders promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including the intake, storage, and shipment of products to guarantee timely order completion.
  
• Track inventory quantities through regular audits and systematic monitoring to minimize discrepancies and maximize storage utilization.
  
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security guidelines to provide a secure workspace for all employees.
  
• Work closely with procurement, sales and product departments to synchronize inventory planning with demand projections and delivery timelines.
  
• Perform routine equipment checks and arrange necessary maintenance to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of all machinery.
  
• Execute product deliveries to customers or other locations when operational demands require it.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional background in warehouse or logistics operations, with a proven track record of managing both inventory and personnel.
  
• High level of competence in operating inventory management platforms and standard office productivity applications.
  
• Superior organizational abilities with a sharp attention to detail to ensure precision in all documentation and stock verification processes.
