Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Human Resources Executive - Talent Acquisition. The role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers, developing employer branding initiatives, and supporting the IT recruitment process as needed. The executive will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience in educational Recruitment
• Excellent Communication skills to efficiently interact with candidates and internal teams
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with local employment regulations and talent acquisition best practices
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools is an added advantage
