Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive CUM admin / Senior Account cum Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily AP/AR/GL
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Help reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports
- Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Support ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to learn and work well in a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Info
- 1 year experience in full-set accounts preferred
- Own transport required
- Working days: Monday–Friday, plus Saturday half day
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
