Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
Continuously optimize and improve the status, operability, safety, and reliability of utility/power systems to ensure product quality and site safety, and to enhance production efficiency.
Comply with the company's GMP/EHS requirements and ensure their proper implementation.
Execute technical modifications, installation, and coordinate validation work for utility equipment and piping.
Coordinate the introduction and validation of HVAC and Purified Water systems.
Perform operation and maintenance of utility/power systems to ensure equipment operational reliability and timely repair, safeguarding normal plant and production operations, product quality, and plant safety.
Assist in deviation investigations related to utility/power systems, take corrective actions to resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
Carry out team safety management and enforce the safety department's regulations on special operations such as hot work, working at height, and confined space entry to ensure construction and work safety.
Perform corresponding documentation, registration, and archiving to ensure records are timely, accurate, and complete.
Implement relevant SOPs, provide training and ensure strict compliance, promptly report any issues identified, and proactively resolve them.
Requirements
Education
College diploma or above, OR junior high school diploma with 3+ years of work experience
Major in Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering discipline
