Job Scope / Responsibilities

1. Animal Care

• Feed, clean, and monitor the health and wellbeing of small animals.

• Assist in animal behaviour enrichment activities.

• Ensure enclosures and animal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

2. Guest Experience & Interaction

• Engage and guide visitors (families, students, corporate groups) in animal behaviour activities.

• Educate guests about animals in a fun and easy-to-understand way.

• Ensure visitors interact with animals safely and positively.

3. Retail & Sales Support

• Assist with F&B sales (snacks, drinks).

• Promote and sell merchandise (toys, souvenirs, activity kits).

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter.

4. Operations & Teamwork

• Support team in event setups, school programs, and corporate activities.

• Handle crowd flow and ensure safety procedures are followed.

• Assist in social media content by being part of activities when needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field

• Cheerful, friendly, and enjoys working with children, families, and corporate guests.

• Well-spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Other languages are a plus)

• Animal care knowledge (training provided), good customer service, able to multitask.

• Willing to work on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays (rotational shifts).

• Must love animals, people, and creating memorable experiences.

• Physically fit to handle small animals and be active during events.
