Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our sales team with daily administrative and quotation-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update quotations for customers.
• Assist sales staff with quotation and sales-related administrative work.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product pricing, availability, and delivery information.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Prepare and organize sales documents and reports.
• Assist with general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required. Fresh graduates and candidates looking to start a career in sales administration are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is an advantage, but not required.
