What You'll Own

• Lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing & supplier management
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with Mandarin-speaking and other suppliers
• Manage inventory, stock planning, warehouse & replenishment
• Oversee logistics, 3PL and cold-chain operations
• Drive cost savings while maintaining food quality & safety standards
• Lead the supply chain team and report on cost, forecasting & performance

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Supply Chain / Procurement experience
• F&B, Hospitality or FMCG experience preferred
• Proficient Mandarin required for supplier negotiations and communication
• Strong English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Previous team leadership experience
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and cold-chain operations
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
