Job Description

• You will partner and support deal teams with new and on-going commercial deal flow, operating regionally and on a global level. You will play a lead role in negotiations, navigating complex commercial and regulatory landscapes.
• Deal work includes partnership and sponsorship deals, which on top of commercial challenges, will face cross-border regulatory obstacles.
• Corporate work includes JV, M&A and Fund-raising to ensure business expansion is correctly managed.
• Commercial IP experience would be useful to protect the brand and products.

Requirements

• 8 - 14 PQE
• Education and Law Firm credentials should be Tier 1
• Mixture of law firm and In-House experience
• Experience in TMT essential
• Experience supporting product, sales and marketing team
• Softer skills include: Ability to build rapport in short time frames, friendly, high standards on work output, driven but not aggressive
• Ability to work with various cultural backgrounds in Asia and overseas
