Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commis Chef role based at Capri by Fraser in Georgetown. The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items under supervision, and ensuring dishes are presented consistently and on time. Daily tasks include maintaining high standards of food quality, following established recipes, assisting with mise en place, and coordinating with senior chefs during service. The role also requires adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, proper storage and rotation of ingredients, and regular cleaning of workstations and equipment.
