Strategic Business Partnering & Organizational Design: Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, translating business strategies into multi-year talent plans. Lead organizational design, job architecture optimization, and workflow redesign to support global business expansion.

Global/Regional Talent Acquisition & Mobility: Spearhead the recruitment of executive and technical talent, with a focus on attracting top-tier professionals from leading global companies. Manage cross-market hiring compliance, work permits, and talent mobility strategies.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance Incentives: Design market-competitive compensation structures that balance external competitiveness with internal equity. Develop innovative total rewards packages—including equity incentive plans (e.g., ESOPs)—to attract and retain key talent.

Talent Development & Succession Planning: Establish leadership development programs and drive succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. Align business and individual goals through performance management frameworks (e.g., OKRs/KPIs).

Employee Relations & Compliance: Foster positive employee relations and manage complex cross-jurisdictional labor matters to ensure 100% compliance. In semiconductor manufacturing environments, focus on employee communication and risk prevention within non-unionized settings.

HR Operations & Digitalization: Lead HRIS implementation and HR data analytics, leveraging data insights to support executive decision-making. Ensure the efficiency and compliance of HR operations (payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding).
