About the role

Responsible for developing industrial and manufacturing customer accounts, promoting industrial coating and electroplating services to B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote industrial coating and electroplating services to B2B customers

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and relationship management

• Work closely with internal production and technical teams

• Support company sales growth and customer retention initiatives

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

• 2 – 4 years experience in industrial or manufacturing sales

• Experience in engineering products, coatings, plating, or industrial solutions is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working with technical products and factory customers

• Able to work independently and travel when required

• Possess own transport
