Job Responsibilities

· Lead strategic expansion to increase student numbers.

· Manage ODL delivery, curriculum and SIM to facilitate student learning and students progression.

· Manage the LMS to provide smooth delivery of ODL programmes.

· Implement MQA requirements for successful programmes accreditation.

· Monitor student engagement, performance, retention and overall learning experience.

· Work with faculties and centres to develop new ODL programmes and learning materials.

· Promote innovative and technology-enabled teaching and learning practices.

Requirements

· Possess a Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Distance Education, or a related field.

· Proven ODL leadership experience at the Centre or Institutional level.

· Strong background in ODL programmes management .

· Strong academic portfolio in teaching and research.

· Proven track record in managing MQA accreditation exercises, ensuring MOHE compliance and leading programme development, review and continuous quality improvement cycles.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
